Article 7 - Conditions for consent

Article 7 - Conditions for consent

In the previous verse of our book we learned that if we have no good, good excuse, the only condition that allows us to keep and process private information is the consent of the subject of the information.

Verse 7 of the work is devoted entirely to the question "When you say yes, do you really mean it?"

To ensure that we consent in full heart and to be able to prove it:

1) Hold evidence that we have indeed obtained consent.

2) Present the request for consent in a clear and legible manner to the subject of the information. "Please confirm cookies" is not a natural human language.

3) Allow the subject of the information to change his mind and remove the consent at any given moment.

4) Ensure that we require consent solely in the context of the information relevant to the process.
